AMWA Comment Letter for EPA proposal to Delay the Effective and Compliance Dates of the LCR revisions

AMWA submitted a letter to EPA April 9 urging the agency to not further delay the effective date of EPA’s revisions to the Lead and Copper Rule. The association’s comments are in response to the agency’s proposed rule to delay the date on which the final LCR revisions take effect, or become codified, until December 16, 2021.
