AMWA letter regarding NIH's request for info to inform CEC research

AMWA's comment letter to the National Institute of Health in response to the Request for Information regarding drinking water contaminants of emerging concern (CECs) to inform the development of the National Emerging Contaminant Research Initiative (NECRI). The NECRI will be the precursor to Federal coordination of DW CEC research.
