AMWA’s Sustainability Working Group will meet tomorrow, June 9, from 3:00 - 4:00 pm ET. During the call, members will hear from the Honolulu Board of Water Supply about its One Water initiative, a systems-thinking approach to managing all water, whether it’s freshwater, stormwater, wastewater, or recycled water, as a single resource. Following the presentation, there will be time for questions and discussion about other members’ experiences implementing One Water approaches.
Members of the Sustainability Working Group received a calendar invitation to the call. If you did not receive it or are not part of the working group but would like to join the call, contact Liz Jordan, AMWA’s Manager of Sustainability and Resilience Policy.
AMWA members may join any of AMWA’s policy-focused subcommittees and working groups by adding themselves to the roster through the association’s Member Portal. If you need assistance, contact Hayden Maclachlan.
