AMWA is accepting nominations for two distinguished individual honors to be presented at the 2026 Executive Management Conference until July 2.
- The President’s Award recognizes individuals from AMWA member utilities who have made outstanding contributions to advancing water utility management and demonstrated meaningful engagement in AMWA’s work.
- The Donald R. Boyd Award honors extraordinary personal service in the drinking water field, including efforts that strengthen public understanding, advance water quality research, or otherwise contribute significantly to the sector.
Members may submit nominations through AMWA’s online form. A separate submission is required for each nominee. Questions may be directed to AMWA Chief Policy Officer, Dan Hartnett.
Member utilities are encouraged to submit their 2026 applications for their eligible awards tier, including the Gold, Platinum, Sustainability. In addition, all systems that have not previously won an Environmental Justice and Equity Awards may apply. These honors recognize leadership, innovation, and service across the drinking water sector. AMWA will recognize award recipients at the 2026 Executive Management Conference in Seattle.
